OriginalLine is the Nespresso's most popular line that utilizes hermetically sealed pods. They produce coffee and espresso and are among the most affordable Nespresso machine options. They also offer a larger selection of capsules and drinks than VertuoLine. However, if you prefer larger drinks, you'll need to choose the VertuoLine line instead.
The VertuoLine is a more recent line that makes use of more advanced techniques and specifications. It has better performance than the OriginalLine. The Lattissima Pro coffee machine is one of the most efficient nespresso machines available. It features a quick heating time and a touchscreen display for customizable settings. It also comes with a powerful steaming wand for creating a café-like foam and milk texture. coffee press machines may not be as compact as other nespresso machines, but it's easy to clean and comes with an ejectable capsule.
2. Vertuoline
The Vertuoline is a newer addition to the Nespresso lineup. It has a sleek and minimalist design and is the only machine that can make both espresso and coffee. It has a built-in frother for milk. This is an excellent option for people who enjoy diverse black drinks but don't wish to hassle with making them separately.
Vertuoline machines use a different pod system from the OriginalLine. The pods have customized barcodes on the exterior rim that machines read to determine what size of drink they're making (ristretto, lungo, or cappuccino) and then automatically add the appropriate amount of water. This eliminates the need for separate containers of milk and makes it easier to create the perfect espresso or coffee.
In terms of quality, the Vertuoline machines produce crema that is more reminiscent of the dense foam you get in a traditional coffee shop rather than the light Crema found in the OriginalLine machines. However, the OriginalLine machines still offer the best taste because they generate 19 bars of pressure, which allows them to better extract flavor from the grounds of espresso.
The more modern VertuoLine machine employs a process known as Centrifusion, which spins the capsules faster and evenly than the Original Line machine. This increases the speed of water infusion and enhances the quality of the drink. It also allows Vertuoline machines to operate at a lower temperature which decreases extraction time and improves the strength of the espresso.
3. Original
This entry-level Original machine is the perfect choice for those with limited space or budget. It has a smaller tank and capsule container, but can handle 19 bar of pressure. This is more than enough to produce the espressos and coffees most people buy Nespresso for.
The machine is sleek with a black design, and the top-facing buttons control all functions from turning on to rinsing and brewing. This is a typical approach for Nespresso machines. They are easy to operate and also to learn.
Another benefit of this model is that it can be used with milk, and it comes with a jug for making drinks with added foam. It also has 11 different milk temperature settings that allow you to alter the texture of your coffee or latte, and it can create both long and short cappuccinos as well as lattes.

The Creatista's automatic steam and frothing feature is the most thrilling. Simply place your milk pitcher over the temperature sensor below the wand, and the machine will do all the work for you. It comes with 11 settings, which allow you to alter the texture of your milk. You can also manually frost your milk if you prefer the traditional method.
Another great feature of the Creatista is its quick heat-up time - it's heated up in less than 3 seconds, which is quicker than the majority of Nespresso machines. The design of the machine is sleek and beautiful and has a brushed body made from stainless steel that looks amazing on any counter. The high-resolution display provides easy navigation when setting up, preparing, and maintaining the machine. The machine is available in four colors including black truffle (pictured) sea salt (pictured), damson blue (pictured), and stainless steel. The Creatista measures 6.7 15 x 12 inches (WxDxH). It's the smallest Nespresso machine from the OriginalLine, and should fit easily on any counter.
5. CitiZ
This espresso maker that is slim from Nespresso is smaller in counter space than other models. It comes with a folding tray that can fit larger glasses and mugs for making recipes. This is an excellent feature for kitchens with small spaces and makes it easy to work with larger recipes. It's also easy to re-create popular cafe dishes thanks to the 19 bar extraction system and the quick heat-up time.
The basic CitiZ does not include a milk frother, however you can purchase one on its own or get it as part of the CitiZ&Milk bundle. This option also includes the Aeroccino milk-steamer, which means you can create creamy cappuccinos and lattes. This model can be used with capsules that are reusable however, they aren't included.
It comes with a large 1 liter water tank as well as a used capsule container that holds nine to 11 capsules. In contrast to the Pixie model, this one does not automatically empty used capsules after making them; you have to raise and lower the holder to get them out.

This model also comes with a washable and reusable milk container, meaning you don't need to worry about getting fresh milk or buying an additional appliance to use the machine. This container is easy to clean and can be empty into the sink in just a few seconds.
Another wonderful feature of the Gran Lattissima is its energy-saving function and fast heat-up time. It heats up in just 25 seconds and comes with a large reservoir of 44 oz. It's also simple to remove the drip tray and froth jug for cleaning. Finally, it's easy to keep the machine in good shape with regular descaling and automated cleaning cycles.
